In this tutorial we analyze a two replicate ChIP-seq experiment. The tutorial outline is:

• pre-process sequencing reads
• map reads
• post-process mapped data
• assess quality and strength of ChIP-signal
• display coverage plots in a genome browser
• call ChIP peaks with MACS2
• inspect obtained calls
• look for sequence motifs using MEME
• look at distribution of enriched regions across genes.
