Hello everyone, I have assigned COG categories for my genome using eggnog-mapper. I were trying to make a plot for that, but I found that some genes were assigned with more than one categories; multi-ID (i.e.:[E,G], [H,K], and etc. If someone of you have worked with it before, please do help me with this. It is much appreciated. Thank you very much.
