Hi Everyone,

I am just wondering why all_data_by_genes file included with GISTIC results, does not include all long non-coding genes (lincRNAs). Only very few lincRNAs are included. Any thoughts?.

I tried to compute the gene level copy number from the copy number segments overlapping with the genes but I do not get the same values as reported in all_data_genes.txt file for protein coding genes.
