Get The list of genes associated with Extracellular Matrix in Type 2 diabetes

Hello all, I have a list of genes, I got it from (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE38642). I want to find certain Type 2 diabetes genes that associated with β-cell apoptosis. I tried to use Profcom website but I get multifunctions. Is there any method to get those a specific genes? Thank you in advance
