Which way is best to perform metabolomics pathway analysis
Hello,
I have two set of data.
The first column is molecule names
Second column is mass data ( from mass spectrometry) with 2 replicate
This is my control
Then another 3 columns from a treamtment.
The values are from mass spectrometry. How can I perform pathway analysis ?
