Back to back graph
Hi everybody, I have been trying to make a back to back graph in pad prism without success, I`m pretty sure that I have seen some graphs of this kind to represent differential expression and I like it, Somebody knows how can I make it?

Yes I know, but R is my last option, I think this time R is not the best option.
Perhaps you can post an example of what you mean by "back to back graph". In general, either do graphing in R or if you need multiple graphs and don't want to bother doing that at once then post-process things in Illustrator.
I would assume for differential expression, OP means a fountain/volcano plot?

Thanks genomax2, but I meant that graph pad prism cant make that graphs and I was looking for another software. However It looks like it doesnt exist and finally I did two separated graphs and then melt them in illustrator :).
Can you post a link to a picture of the type of graph you're looking for? "Back to back" doesn't really mean anything to me? We might be able to point you in a better direction if we know more.
And if you could for your next question include important information such as this example in the first post, well, that would be great.
You can do that in R with ggplot2 (or presumably even base graphics).
Yes Devon, and excel too. But just when you have the same scale in right and left axis. I just was looking for somebody that know a different software for make it in one step.Finally, I did two separated graphs and then melt them in illustrator :).
Assuming you mean the X axis then you don't need that in R.
