we are making a mobile app on cancer biomarkers.In which we want to run a query that tells which type of cancer the patient have?For that we want mutational sequences of different cancer biomarkers.We have collected normal sequences of cancer biomarkers from NCBI.but we want mutational sequences of biomarkers. Or any new function that we can perform with this type of data rather than query?please help us
