What R packages and Python/java/ruby libraries are in use today for microarray`s ttest, ANOVA and clustering?
5 years ago I did it with Limma, MeV, Expander software. Are there any newest modern approaches today for microarray conventional data processing to find out signifcantly expressed genes?
