Non pathogenic bacteria

I want to know the name of databases or list of non-pathogenic bacteria for human? because all the available databases showing only pathogenic bacteria for human.

It would be difficult to define non-pathogenic or at least to come up with a standard definition. Subtract ones you consider pathogenic from NCBI bacterial taxonomy and that should leave names you want.

Like 99.999% of bacteria are not human pathogens. What databases are you referring to with your claim of all available databases including only bacteria that are human pathogens? Certainly not RefSeq or GenBank, right?
