Download control cel files for specific tissue

Hi,

I would like to download normal cel files of different tissues. It would be great if anyone help me? Is it possible to get platform specific like GPL570 (Affymetrix Human Genome U133 Plus 2.0 Array)

You may want to search the following database to get data from interested tissues of particular species. https://www.ebi.ac.uk/arrayexpress/
