How to Plot mutants of one gene against mutations in other genes?
Hi all,
The somatic mutations from TCGA were of great interest. I want to plot mutants of one gene in terms of mutations in other genes.
For eg: Please find the following figure. X axis is mutants of one gene and Y axis is mutations in other genes. It gives association between them
Can anyone tell how I can plot such figure?

This looks like a scatter plot to me, with each point customized based on its attributes. Maybe start from there and expand as you go?
I'm not sure what the message is that the authors want to communicate with this plot, but I don't find it "visually appealing". As noted by Ram, it's some sort of "scatter plot". You would need to create X and Y coordinates...
