Hello all,

I need to obtain a data set that it is included experimental information of all transcription factors. In the other words, It should contain the TF, influenced promoter (including sequence of promoter and kinetic information of this binding process) and effect of them on RNAp binding ( or expression of downstream genes). Can someone introduce me an updated database for this purpose?
