filter genes by DE in correlation
hello, I have many pairs of coding and lncoding molecules that correlate according to their expression,how can I consider the pairs of coding-non coding, which are both deferentially expressed?

You need to add more information to this question, this barely makes sense to me.
I have some coding-noncoding RNAseq data,I did differential expression and then calculated correlation between them.there are many pairs of coding and noncoding molecules that correlate according to their expression,I filter them (> 0.9 and < -0.9). Additionally, I've considered the pairs that have p-values < 0.001,but they are many pairs yet.now I want to filter them and consider the pairs of coding-non coding, which are both differential expressed.what should I do?
You run the correlation again by taking only coding and non-coding mRNA.
