I generated a circular view of the chromosomes between two species using the two color scheme. Does anyone know if there is a way to color the blocks as just two colors instead of a different color for each chromosome? Please see picture below. The ribbons are two colored and I want the blocks to be two colors as well instead of being multi-colored.
