Assign correct bootstrap value

I'm a bit confused about whether Node A in the Original Neighbor-joining tree can be considered to have been recovered in the bootstrap replicate tree in the following examples. Can anybody suggest an algorithm for a quick comparison of each bootstrap replicate with the original tree for each node? Note that I am not looking for an existing program, but an algorithm that helps make the comparison programmatically.

Thanks.

Hopefully the new links to Flickr work now.
