so, the software CRISPR recognition tool (CRT) V 1.1 or the galaxy interface (STR-FM: Microsatellite Analysis) or the web site like http://crispr.i2bc.paris-saclay.fr/ you can use it
i didnt find any relevant information in CRISPR recognition tool, can you suggest other.
