question about mtDNA graph coverage
it is my mitochondria sequence depth in exome sequencing data, that abtained from mtDNA-server.I can not interpret the y-axis

The y-axis displays the per position coverage, which is the number of reads at a given position. It's commonly used as a synonym for sequence depth. Essentially, at coordinate 10000 18 reads are covering those nucleotides and every base therefore has evidence gathered from ~18 reads. For some reason the cutoff was set at 18, I'm not sure why.
