RNA-seq + metabolomics paired dataset
Hi,
I would very much appreciate it if somebody could point me to a public dataset which pairs both transcriptome (preferably RNA-seq) and metabolome data for a single organism (e.g. yeast or E.Coli). The number of samples is not very important.

Hi,
The following publication has one such public dataset (http://www.cell.com/immunity/abstract/S1074-7613(15)00080-1)
You can also find this dataset on Polly (http://elucidata.io/polly) in the IntOmix app. The demo data for this app is the same as shown in the above publication. You can also use IntOmix to integrate the two datasets and find modules of interest.
