Comparative Genomics In Hmp
written by Naren
How does comparative genomics of bacteria in the Human Microbiome Project (HMP) help us to understand and cure Human Infection or find specific drug Targets?

Please explain your question better, it is very vague what you are trying to do. I am assuming you are looking for bacterial pathways that humans do not have? This doesn't make the pathway 'unique'. Afaik KEGG doesn't have a comparison tool, but you can use Reactome to compare pathways to human.
