how to make gene summary data file traits data file for WGCNA analysis
i am using Analysis of simulated data In WGCNA tutorial page.(https://labs.genetics.ucla.edu/horvath/CoexpressionNetwork/Rpackages/WGCNA/Tutorials/index.html). in which they have provided gene summay data.csv file and traits .csv files for analysis in zipped folder. but how i can make such files for my microdata samples.
