haploview (java): can we take "correlation coefficient r-square" as the input?

Hi All,

Is there any possibility to take Correlation coefficient r-square as the input of haploview and then get the LD structure?

if not, anyone who is familiar with Java (haploview is built with java, right?) could give a help to creat a variation of haploview which could take "correlation coefficient r-square" as input?

That sounds like a pretty big simulation project. It's not trivial work to invert the program like you like. There are clearly many possible outcomes for "LD structure" given a single r-square=0.80 type value.

No, I mean, just separate the r-square calcualtion and LD structure plot in haploview.
