ClusterProfiler GO / KEGG enrichment analysis for non Model organism
Hi everyone,
I’ve been exploring discussions on using ClusterProfiler for non-model organisms, particularly non-pathogenic microbes, and thought it would be helpful to consolidate some useful resources for others who might have the same questions. Below are the key links (in addition to the main publications):

The main required input in such cases is a gene-to-KEGG ID mapping list.
It would be very helpful if anyone could share the full R script for KEGG enrichment analysis using ClusterProfiler, assuming the user already has the list of gene-to-KEGG IDs available.
