problem of matching one probe to several lncRNA
Hi every body,
I am trying to match probes of agilent platform of lncRNA to their corresponding lncRNAs.
The problem is, large number of probes matches to more than one lncRNA.
Can anybody tell me the best way to solve this problem?
I will appreciate any help
