problem in visualizing VCF file (VCFannotation output of Galaxy) in IGV
Hi every body,
I am trying to visualize a VCF file (VCFannotation output from Galaxy) in IGV.
It seems this file is properly imported, but nothing is displayed. Moreover the message "no variants found" is reported.
Can anybody help me to find out where the problem is?

You may want to try to attach your VCF to another browser and see if the error message gets replicates. If it does, the problem is with the file itself. If not, the problem is something else. Check this previous post.
