Need to search my genes in KOG database
Hello Does any one know which tools I can use for functional annotation with specifically the KOG database. My gene IDs are in ensemble and can't find any tools to convert them exactly to KOG, So I was unable to use the JGI website. I could not connect to the Weizhong lab website either, so was unable to use their tools. I need either tools to change my IDs to exact KOG ID or tool that will do the actual search of the KOG database. Thanks in advance
