SNP-SNP interaction db and tools
Hello,
I have some questions that using data.
I try to calculate SNP-SNPs interaction especially certain disease.
I want to use WTCCC or dbGap database.
To access dbGap do I need special access authorization ?
If I can how can I change data to calculate interaction for PLINK?
