making snp network
Hi!
I try to make SNP network espacially for breast cancer. And I have a data from GWAS central "breast cancer SNP list"
To make SNP network what dataset do I need to use? (genotype data? if so I can I get and use?)

what did you try already?
I have a list breast cancer SNPs (rs#...) and try to make network using SNPHarvester or BOOST sth like that!
Please help me!
