VCF file re-header
Hi all, I have a vcf file missing some of its header lines. is there any way or tool to "re-header" this file according to the fields it contains or should I do that manually ?
I appreciate any help, Thank you.

I would be more worried about how those parts went missing.

maybe this is something else, it does not work as described.
Perhaps you should be more specific with regard to what is missing...
it has worked perfectly, thanks a lot. i had a problem and i fixed it
