To get to the user guide, you need to go to this page: http://sysbiobig.dei.unipd.it/?q=Software#FunPat On there, click the link that says "R package is available here." Enter your name and affiliation to proceed to the next page, where it lets you download FunPat as well as a PDF of the vignette.
