Estimate/calculate power for two-sample Mendelian randomization?
Dear All,
There are several websites that allow calculating power for one-sample MR study, such as https://sb452.shinyapps.io/power. Yet, I couldn't find any to estimate power for two-sample MR. I appreciate if anyone could help either in the link, the formula or any guide.
