I assume you have read this . If so, you'll know that your SNP list cannot be directly used as input for the tool. So essentially this means that your question actually is: how do I convert SNP IDs from dbSNP to an input file that I can use in seattle seq tool? You can fill in your SNPs here to retrieve in batch mode information in different formats.
