How to update kgp IDs to rs IDs for SNPs

Hello all, how to update kgp IDs to rs IDs for SNPs typed on the illumina HumanOmni2.5M array. My dataset contain some SNPs with kgp IDs. I wonder whether there is an alternative way of doing this, as would like to update all the kgp markers in our sample to rs IDs.

I assume kgp IDs are 1000 genome project IDs? In which format is your dataset?
