Is anyone else experiencing problems with PantherDB? There's 2 different issues:

(1) For Statistical overrepresentation test, GO Slim Molecular Function does not work. Two months ago it didn't show the hierarchical structure but one could at least download the data, now it doesn't even load the page. Tried it with 4 different browsers, no results.

(2) Also for overrepresentation test, GO Complete terms (all three), the list of assigned genes does not correspond to the number of assigned genes.

e.g. below, if clicking 23, the list does not show 23 genes but only 2-10

GO molecular function complete # # expected Fold Enrichment +/- P value receptor signaling protein serine/threonine kinase activity 101 23 5.26 4.37 + 2.66E-05

this problem does not occur with GO slim terms, but only with complete...

Anyone else have the same problems? Panther support wasn't really helping..
