GO terms count _ number of terms on per ontology

enter link description hereI have my Interproscan result which generated 12429 GO terms. I want to align all of them into their specific function. And also want to catagories them as Biological process, Molecular function and Cellular component. How can I do that? I also want to count the length of all and each type of GO terms to make a bar chart. Help me out.![Here is the image of which I am want to replicate for my data]
