How to do gene enrichment analysis using only GO-slim terma

Hi,

Most bioconductor packages use all GO terms. I was wondering if you know of any bioconductor package that does gene enrichment using only GO slim terms

You can try PANTHER Gene List Analysis and choose Panther Go Slims in the annotations drop down (http://www.pantherdb.org). Let me know how you go.
