How to interpret data from PANTHER GO?

I'm new with gene ontology terms, so I'm using PANTHER (http://pantherdb.org/)  to analyze a list of 111 genes.

Looking for biological process, molecular function and protein pathways....How can I analyze this data and to correlate with disease?

Biological processes described those found in higher percentage were: cellular processes (n = 43), metabolic (n = 31) and development (n = 18). The subcategories of the present cellular processes were cellular communication (n = 18) and cell cycle (n = 5).

Thank you for help.

Look at some papers about PANTHER first:

Large-scale gene function analysis with the PANTHER classification system

http://sci-hub.cc/10.1038/nprot.2013.092#

This one is about younger versiion:

http://nar.oxfordjournals.org/content/early/2015/11/16/nar.gkv1194.full.pdf+html

Then go to PANTHER GO description:

Below you can see a link to PANTHER USER MANUAL:

http://pantherdb.org/help/PANTHER_user_manual.pdf

"3.1.5 PANTHER Tools PANTHER System is not only a database, but also a data analysis platform that allows users to perform more advanced tasks, and analyze research results using this integrated system. This page provides links to the following tools:

Gene expression data analysis tools (see detail in Section 2.1)

Evolutionary analysis of coding SNPs (see detail in Section 2.4)

PANTHER scoring (see detail in Section 2.3)

Downloads (see Section 4.1)"

This site you have found.

I would go to help/tutorial there:
