Corresponding TF for Ensembl stable regulatory feature id
Hi,
I want to use TFBS from the regulatory build but TF binding sites are only annotated with ids starting with ENGR. I look through the ensembl and biomart databases but could not find the corresponding TF information for those ids. Any help appreciated!
