MotifFeatures vs AnnotatedFeatures
Hi, I need TFBS of ensembl regulatory build and there are two gff files related to TFBS: MotifFeatures.gff and AnnotatedFeatures.gff. The former has TFBS but not cell specific, while the latter is TFBS for specific cell lines. AnnotatedFeatures' TF are not a subset of TFs of MotifFeatures though. I wonder how these files are generated. I read the ensembl regulatory build website but I didn't get the difference still.
