Dear All,

I am trying to convert SNP genotypes to allele frequencies. The purpose is to be able to compare my results to the result of an independent cohort, wherein they conducted an additive snp test and their results show associations of alleles with disease risk. I have associations between genotypes and disease risk.

If anybody knows how to convert my genotypes to alleles, I would really appreciate it.

Here is an example of what I am trying to do:

rs10564 Genotypes: AA; N=532 AG; N=123 GG; N=452

To allele frequencies, so

Rs10564 Alleles: A; N=… G; N=…
