Can I convert a excel file from the automated pipeline SILVAngs to biom format?
Hi!
I would like to use a excel file, which is given as output from automated pipeline SILVAngs, to convert in a biom file to be used in QIIME pipeline.
I try this before but I wasn't well succeeded.
Do I have to do some kind of modifications in the excel file?
