Tax4Fun - blast/MEGAN input

I have been trying to figure out a solution to feed Tax4Fun with the results generated by blast + MEGAN. My goal is to blast against any database, summarize the results in MEGAN and make a csv output for TAx4Fun. Are SilvaNGS and Qiime the only options that are compatible with Tax4Fun input?
