OK, is there a question there?
If you are looking to find how to do this experimentally then search the web for chemical/enzymatic methods.
Not experimentally, using bioinformatics tools. I want to find which amino acids are present in N-terminal and C terminal of a protein.
If you have the sequence already then you have your answer.
