icell8 vs 10x single cell plateforms
I was wondering if anyone has experience of head-to-head comparison of iCell8 (wafergen) and 10xGenomics single-cell capture devices. Mainly number of genes detected, doublet rates etc? Thanks in advance Best, Ankur

While it is statistically possible chances of someone having data from two proprietary systems with a single sample has to be small. I would love to be proved wrong :-)
Personally, I'd like to see DropSeq in there as well ;)
