How to do a multi-phenotype GWAS? any ideas?

Hi, everyone. I have a stupid question. I have 500 control and 500 case, 10000 SNPs. I collected 10 correlated phenotypes. What I want to do is to find out the most relative SNPs that relate to whole 10 correlated phenotypes. Any ideas? Should I use covariate to realize this? Best regards! .
