I am trying to test MeQA pipeline for MEDIP-seq data analysis and I am looking at this link: http://life.tongji.edu.cn/meqa/demo.htm

It says:

Note: If you do not run MeQA in the MeQA installation directory, please use: python <PathToMeQA>meqa.py -c example-config.cfg -o y If you do not get the example_methy.txt file, please run manually the R script.

source("example/example_MeQA.R")

Problem:

I cannot find example_MeQA.R file anywhere. Can anybody please help?

I wrote to their google group but no answer yet.

Let me know if you need any further information.
