How to save a batch of UCSC track names
I want to use a bunch of UCSC tracks with ENCODE transcription factor peaks in a given cell line. Track search is a great tool in UCSC to retrieve the track links meeting my requirement. However, a batch download using MySQL interface needs the track names. So is there anyway to export all of the the track names from UCSC track search results? Thanks a lot.
