Does anyone know if there is easily available germline methylation data for the human genome? preferably at the single nt resolution. The UCSC browser has encode cell culture methylation tracks and a Brain methylation track. There have been a few papers recently that have been looking at germline methylation but I cant seem to find any easily accessible data equivalent to a track on a genome browser.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Tom

It seems the best resource for this information comes from a Nature Biotech pape, A Bayesian deconvolution strategy for immunoprecipitation-based DNA methylome analysis by Down et al., 2008. it can be found here.
The data itself can be found here
This data only seems to be available at the 100bp resolution, so single nucleotide germ line methylation data still appears not to be available.
