Where to download a table of operons with genes for E. coli?

Is there a place where I can download all the different operons in E. coli with the genes that are in the operon?

I guess in a format where it would be (col1: operon_id, col2: list of gene_ids)? I feel like this exists somewhere but I don't know where to find it. I saw that BioCyc has it but I'm waiting for access to their files. Is there anywhere else that has it?
