Determine the pool size - data from EBI
Hi, I've been working with a few pooled sequences from EBI (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/data/view/PRJNA256231) and now I'm trying to do the SNP calling with CRISP. However, for that I need the pool sizes, which I can't find anywhere.
Does anybody know how to find that?

No expert and presuming that the pool size is the number of individuals the NCBI sra seems to mention the pool size in the experiment design section http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra/SRX661845[accn] . But did not find explicit mention of the pool size in the xml entry.
