CLIPdb bulk download
Hello community!
Today, I was trying to do bulk download in CLIPdb database but I was unable to do it as per the instructions given in the website itself. Can anyone tell how to do it?

Are you referring to the instructions on the help page (only binding sites for a RBP are downloadable in factor/cell line view)? I tried a random selection and was able to download a file. Perhaps you have some local firewall restrictions in place that are preventing the download?
Yes that local firewall advice really worked. But there is some url problem too. In factor view, I was trying for a particular entry 'PTBP1/PTBP2', the link given there - http://lulab.life.tsinghua.edu.cn/clipdb/factor_download/PTBP1/PTBP2.zip didn't work but http://lulab.life.tsinghua.edu.cn/clipdb/factor_download/PTBP1PTBP2.zip was working. Thanks for helping!
